We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For defective pieces, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of the receiving date. And the items must be unworn and unused in original Gynnx packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gynnx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@gynnx.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
We have warehouses in the US and normally you will receive your package in 3~7 days. We can also ship to virtually any address in the world but it will take time. Note that there are restrictions on some places, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that most of the orders of US customers are free shipping. And other countries the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. That's why I decided to give the Gynnx Magnifying LED 10X 5" Table Lamp a try, and I must say, it has outshined my expectations in many ways. First off, the lamp arrived neatly and securely packaged, with minimal assembly required. The base of the lamp immediately impressed me with its weighted design and durable stainless steel construction. Not only does it provide stability during use, but it also gives me confidence that the magnifier will remain securely in place, even when I need to move it around. The adjustable arm is another standout feature of this lamp. With just a turn of a knob, I can easily adjust the tension of the arm to my liking, allowing me to position it exactly where I need it. What's more, I can extend the arm parallel to the ground without worrying about the base flipping over—a testament to the lamp's thoughtful design and sturdy construction. When it comes to the magnifier itself, I have nothing but praise. The 10x magnification offers a powerful view of even the tiniest details, while the included dust cover provides added protection when the magnifier is not in use. The LED light illuminates the entire work area, ensuring that I can see clearly no matter what I'm working on. However, there are a couple of quirks worth mentioning. The arm is held in place by only a tiny screw, which, if not properly tightened, could potentially cause the arm to pop out of the base while transporting or moving the lamp. While this hasn't been a significant issue for me personally, it's something to keep in mind. Lastly, the price seems a little steep for what you get, but considering other high-priced magnifiers do the same, it is reasonably priced all around.Overall, the Gynnx Magnifying LED 10X 5" Table Lamp is a fantastic addition to my workspace. Its power, durability, and affordability combination make it an invaluable tool for hobbyists like myself. The good: the light is bright and energy efficient, the magnifier is extreme and works really well, the dust cover is a great feature.The bad: while the base is heavy it's not heavy enough to counter the weight of the rest of the lamp, forcing you to use one hand to hold down the base and one to position the light. The base also takes up a fair amount of desk space without actually doing its intended job. The mechanics are not great - they feel generally cheap - they're thin-walled hollow tubes that are plated, and if you loosen the nuts and knobs enough to make adjusting the lamp easy, there's not enough friction to hold it in place. Combining this with the issues with the base and now you need one hand to hold the base, one to position the lamp, and one more to lock the knobs to hold it in place. Other lamps I've had with similar 4-bar linkage arms have springs in them to help counterbalance the light, and this thing could definitely use them.I ended up unscrewing the 4 bolts that connect the riser to the base, then screwing through those holes directly into my desk. This makes a much more solid base and allows me to position the lamp and lock the knobs with just two hands. It's still not great but it's much more usable now.
I’m not sure how I lived without this tool. This would have been perfect for identifying a pesky piece of glass that I had buried in my finger for months. The magnification is strong and clear, and the light is SUPER bright. I like how adjustable this item is as well. You can get as close to or as far from your viewing object as necessary. This item is heavy and appears to be very high quality.
