We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For defective pieces, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of the receiving date. And the items must be unworn and unused in original Gynnx packaging.
Returns Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gynnx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@gynnx.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
We have warehouses in the US and normally you will receive your package in 3~7 days. We can also ship to virtually any address in the world but it will take time. Note that there are restrictions on some places, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that most of the orders of US customers are free shipping. And other countries the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Quality product with long arms. Variable light setting, good magnification and longer arms than other ones that I looked at. This allows it to reach further to areas where I need the light and magnifier.

I bought this light to replace one that quit working. When it came, I thougt it was going to be way too big. But we got it all set up because I really needed the light, and not I love it. It really lights up my work surface and it's very adjustable. I would recommend.
I am using this to work on electronic projects. The arm works well and allows me to put light where I need it and it stays there. The magnifying lens works well but it can be a challenge to get it close enough working on vintage electronics.I just move it so I had the light where I needed it and used my glasses.It has a cool white color temperature for the light. Normally I prefer more of a warm white, but I find this light perfectly adequate. I do appreciate it is very bright and the dimmer switch works smoothly from dim to bright.
My daughter does a lot of crafts at her desk, and I figured this light would be a good help for her. It is very solid and well built - it's hefty and doesn't float around and wobble like some lesser quality lamps similar to this one can do. The knob to control the light and brightness is smooth. The arm springs are solid and hold the lamp in place however you position it. The magnifying glass is nice and clear.It's a solid magnifying lamp that works well and seems built to last. My daughter loves it!
