We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For defective pieces, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of the receiving date. And the items must be unworn and unused in original Gynnx packaging.
Returns Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gynnx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
We have warehouses in the US and normally you will receive your package in 3~7 days. We can also ship to virtually any address in the world but it will take time. Note that there are restrictions on some places, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that most of the orders of US customers are free shipping. And other countries the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

I recently purchased the Magnifying Lamp with Clamp, and I have been really happy with it. The 10X magnifier glass is perfect for detailed work such as reading, craft, and knitting. This is a really nice clamp-on LED 10X dimmable magnifer lamp. It is well-constructed, flexes to different positions easily, and has a very stable tabletop clamp that can accommodate a pretty thick table or desk top. There is also a dust cover for the top side of the lens.The light is plenty bright and can be dimmed with a variable brightness knob so you can get the exact amount of illumination you need. I am very impressed with this high-quality LED Magnifying Lamp!
