We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For defective pieces, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of the receiving date. And the items must be unworn and unused in original Gynnx packaging.
Returns Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gynnx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@gynnx.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
We have warehouses in the US and normally you will receive your package in 3~7 days. We can also ship to virtually any address in the world but it will take time. Note that there are restrictions on some places, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that most of the orders of US customers are free shipping. And other countries the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This was a gift from my wife;and seems to always know what I need. It is bright and easy to adjust and the magnification is outstanding.
For anyone working on small, detailed items, having enough light at the right angle AND having a magnifying glass to "Zoom UP" the view makes the work safer, faster, easier and more enjoyable.This adjustable lamp has a solid, confidence inspiring weighted base that stays put. The arms move easily, with just enough drag (which is adjustable) to make repositioning fast and easy, but it holds itself in place once positioned.Accessing the magnifying glass is as simple as flipping up the light weight dust cover.The lamp output is variable by rotating a knob on the unit. On high, it is very bright. The LEDs use very little power and last a long, long time.It seems well-built and should last for years. I do wish it had more metal parts and less plastic parts, especially the tensioner function.
