30-Day Return Policy
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with included accessories and components, securely packaged.

How to Request a Return
Contact info@gynnx.com before returning an item to obtain the correct return instructions and address. Include your order number and reason for return. Please do not send an item before receiving instructions. No public return address is provided in this policy. The Shenzhen business address is not a return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or personal-preference returns. Gynnx covers qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrect-item returns under this policy. For a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact info@gynnx.com with the order number, issue details, and photos when available.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Applicable shipping costs are covered by Gynnx for qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrect-item returns.
