Gynnx products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience a problem with your Gynnx product during the warranty period, please contact support@gynnx.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos where applicable.
Warranty Resolution
Warranty claims are subject to review. If a covered defect is confirmed, Gynnx will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this warranty and applicable law.
Any repair or replacement arrangements must be authorized by Gynnx in advance. Expenses incurred without prior authorization are not eligible for reimbursement under this limited warranty, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
