Where do you ship?
Gynnx currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–9 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Do you offer pre-orders or direct shipping from China?
No. Gynnx does not currently offer pre-orders or China-to-consumer direct shipping. Products marked Sold Out cannot be purchased until eligible U.S. inventory is available.
How are business orders shipped?
Business-order shipping method, cost, and delivery schedule are confirmed separately based on quantity, inventory, destination, and the agreed logistics plan.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return period?
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and return-shipping responsibilities.
What warranty is included?
Gynnx products include a 12-Month Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
